At our breakfast table you will find simple, honest food made with care. We serve freshly baked bread, homemade jams, local cheese and seasonal fruit from our region. Whenever possible, we choose local and organic ingredients, including fruit from our own farm, our own olive oil and – when available – honey from our beehives, so you can start the day feeling nourished and relaxed.
Your breakfast is closely connected to our fruit farm just outside Serra da Estrela. Depending on the season, we serve strawberries, figs, plums or other fruit straight from our own land. In the coming years we will also add cherries from our new trees, so your breakfast will become even more colourful and seasonal.
Breakfast is included in your stay and is usually served between 8:00 and 10:00. If you need to leave earlier for a hike or travel, let us know and we will do our best to adapt. We are happy to cater for vegetarian, vegan or gluten‑free options with advance notice. Please tell us about any dietary needs when you book.
